Cleveland Diesel Repair

I recently had my truck serviced at this shop, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. When my truck went down, they understood the urgency and got me in much faster than I expected, which helped minimize downtime and get me back on the road quickly. What impressed me most was their communication throughout the entire repair process. They kept me informed every step of the way, explained what they found, discussed the repair options, and provided updates without me having to constantly call and check in. That level of transparency is hard to find these days and gave me confidence that my truck was in good hands. The quality of the work was excellent, and the repair was completed when they said it would be. On top of that, their pricing was fair and honest. There were no surprises, no unnecessary upselling, and I felt like they genuinely cared about doing the job right rather than simply running up the bill. If you’re looking for a truck repair shop that values customer service, communicates well, performs quality work, and charges fair prices, I highly recommend giving them a call. These guys are great! They were so knowledgeable about the repairs I needed. They were so patient with me, this was my first time needing repairs like this and I appreciate how patient and thoughtful they were throughout the entire process. Their craftmanship was above and beyond my expectation-- they explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with them moving forward before they did any additional work. I had a tight turnaround to get my vehicle up and running for the state inspection and they made sure I was ready. And I PASSED! I got my green inspection sticker and its all because of the guys at Cleveland Diesel Repair. Thank you Andrew, Brent, Bernie, Greg, and even Miss Challet!! I'm so grateful to have found you all!

Strolled around n as a passer by, was treated like a long time customer. Thought I had a fairly significant issue but was diagnosed & told it was actually not so significant, almost minor. Most would’ve taken advantage of the situation but that’s not the case here. Straight forward, fair & was pulled in the shop right away, then up & running in no time. Would highly recommend… back on the road I go, thank you. 🙏🏾

Guys really took time to explain what the work will be and did the job like it was their vehicles. My vehicles, motorhome and Ram 2500 are running very well WTH the work they did on my vehicles. Would definitely recommend anyone to used them for Diesel repairs and upgrades.

Wow! These guys r amazing! I’m out of town and I called told em about my situation that one of my airlines ruptured and tore apart. I had the parts. He immediately told me to come on over and they will fix it. I got there and in less than 30 mins they were done. I asked how much ? And they said don’t worry about it and just leave us a good review in exchange! I was thrilled , I was not expecting that, other shops quoted me $120 for the same work and these gentlemen did it for free. I would highly highly recommend you take your truck to them for any repairs. Most genuine shop I ever been to. Keep up the amazing work guys! I will be back for any other repairs when I’m in around Cleveland.
